A. We all come in different shapes and sizes and we spent a lot of time researching the best fit for the female figure before finalizing our bespoke Outfoxed jersey sizing. Our shirts are not race cut and so are not aimed to be super tight, but rather close fitting to allow you and the jersey to perform at the optimum level.

A. We thought long and hard about what you needed from our jerseys. It’s about function as much as fashion; only when the two are combined did we feel that we could offer you the optimum product from Outfoxed – this is very important to us. Our jerseys are made from a light, soft microfilament polyester with perforated texture enhancing breathability. Not the cheap polyester material you might find in other jerseys, you deserve better than that! It has excellent sweat transportation and quick drying time, keeping you cool through those glorious summers we hope we’ll have : )
A. Being girls, we knew what we would want from a jersey and sought further advice from a wide range of female cyclists before finalising our designs. We researched the best sizing to fit a wide range of women (tall, short, slim and more shapely), you can’t get one size fits all but we have tried to accommodate for most within our range. Our jerseys are designed to fit your body shape not hug and squeeze every lump you may have, but also not to flap about in the wind either. A cosy but not super tight fit. Our material is soft for your comfort with no itchy labels anywhere on the product.
Our designs are created wholly with women in mind – we do not design men’s jerseys – sorry boys! We have considered fashionable designs and flattering colours. We stayed away from garish colours and logos. We have added secure, easy access pocket, collar tape, full zip and reflective detail without going overboard with bells and whistles which in all honesty most of us don’t need! In doing so you get a high performing shirt that won’t break the bank.

A. Our products are designed and created in the UK and manufactured in the EU. It is very important to us that we support EU manufacturing, to be confident in the quality of our products. We think it’s worth paying that little bit more for that. We visited our manufacturer’s factory to ensure we met all the staff and understood the production process involved. The factory compact and well maintained with staff welfare at the heart of the process. Having seen the process we can guarantee that the utmost care and attention is applied when our products are manufactured, and made by staff who care.
A. We recommend that you follow the care guidance on our products to ensure that you take the appropriate care with an Outfoxed jersey. Jerseys can be machine washed and drip dried. Do not tumble dry, dry clean or iron, and do not use bleach.
Our products are designed to be long lasting and following the care instructions will always add extra miles and smiles to your ride : )
A. We offer a free delivery service to the UK as standard. Our products are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery, which delivers within a maximum of 4 working days. Standard delivery does not require a signature on delivery. Occasionally we do know that mail can get lost (no-one’s perfect). If for whatever reason you do not receive your item within two weeks please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report a late delivery and we will rectify this for you.
A. We will send you order out within 24 hours of receipt, we don’t want to keep you waiting. It helps that our local Royal Mail depot is a 3 minute cycle down the road!
A. Our products will be packaged to slip through your letterbox (assuming you have one!) so no chore trips to Royal Mail to pick up your order.
A. We keep things simple. No stupidly large packaging for just one or two jerseys. Our packaging will slip through your letter box and be waiting for you when you come home. We use high strength, eco-friendly mailing bags that will biodegrade as industrial compost.
Look out for an Outfoxed gift in every order as a little extra thanks from the Outfoxed team.
Returns, exchanges & faults
A. We accept returns and exchanges. If the goods you receive don’t match those ordered, don’t fit or if they are damaged in transit, you have 10 working days after receiving them to return them. If your goods received are faulty, you have 30 working days to return them from receipt.
Our returns/exchange process is laid out below, however, should you have any further queries on this please do not hesitate to contact us at:
1. Each order will arrive with a ‘Returns form’
2. Complete this form with as much information as possible as follows:
a. Which product is being returned
b. Reason for return (eg. sizing, colour)
c. Action requested – replacement, exchange or refund
3. Repackage the product and return with the ‘Returns form’ – please make sure items are returned in an unused state.
4. Return to the following address:

5. You must obtain a free certificate of Proof of Postage from the post office when mailing the goods as this will be your proof of the return should the goods fail to reach us.
6. We will send you an email to confirm that your refund or exchange has been processed. It may take a further 3 to 4 days for this refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
NOTE: if you are exchanging the product for a different size or jersey then we will deduct the cost of return from your new order.
A. You can always send the products back to Outfoxed in another package but please pack securely.
A. Despite all our best endeavours, sometimes things do go wrong – whether in transit or during manufacture. Of course, we can arrange for an exchange or refund should this happen and we will refund any reasonable costs you incur in returning the product to us.
You have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. Nothing in these FAQ’s affect these legal rights.
Ordering over the internet
A. Your order can be paid online using Visa, Mastercard, Delta/Connect & Maestro payments are processed through Paypal. We do not accept cash or cheques.
A. To maximise security we use the globally recognised payment gateway ‘PayPal’. Payment gateways protect credit card details by encrypting sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, to ensure that information is passed securely between you, the customer, and the handling bank account. We use 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Securecode) to provide added security. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us at: email@example.com
A. You credit or debit card will be charged at time of order. If you wish to cancel or change you order prior to dispatch (next working day) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
These FAQ’s set out the terms of contract which is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.
Each of the paragraphs of these FAQ’s operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
